Moose Liver

Ingredients

  • 1 moose liver
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt

Directions

Cut up mooseliver, soak in 1 cup milk for 15 minutes. Remove liver then coat in egg, then flour and seasoning salt and fry in cooking oil until cooked. Serve with sautteed onions, cooked bacon and gravy. Enjoy.
